Collecting wild greens: i.e. chervil, hornbeam, falcaria, sorrel, plantago, zhingyal, thyme, hypericum, rose hips, nettle, menthe, as well as pears from the fields and mountains, storing or freezing them to sell to the processing companies and other consumers mainly in winter.
